Rash guard and shorts, no jacket to grip. Faster, sweatier, more wrestling. Tuesday's 6:30 pm session is listed as all ages.
No instruction, just mat time. Drill what you're working on, roll, or ask someone senior why the thing you tried isn't working.
Discipline, confidence, physical literacy and basic self-defence. No striking — children learn control rather than how to hit.
Structured preparation for tournaments on the AJP Tour, IBJJF and local Sydney circuits. Not something you sign up for — a coach invites you when your training is ready.
Start with BJJ Basics — the positions, the vocabulary and the mat etiquette, all on one page. Then book into All Levels on a Monday or Thursday.
